Artistic Director, Lee
Very burnt out at the moment and playing catch up. Pleased to have had some rehearsals in-person and cursed rain stifling the other two. Do we want to do the August Pride put on by the Kansas Community Pride Coalition? It’ll be hot and in Theis Park. I want some more information before we agree to it but think we should explore. Can someone take point on the parade? That’s a big deal and we need to be involved. I can’t take it on. If we march and play, I’d like to invite St. Louis’ BandTogether members (and all of Pride Bands Alliance) to play/march with us. Intent to return/participate surveys going out next week.
Christian is in communications with KC Pride Coalition and happy to take point on the parade.

Got codes reset for us to get into the church. If you did not get a code, and need into the church please let me know and I will meet you there. No sharing of codes.
Pastor Heidi Peterson will be leaving central presbytarian at the end of June. Our new contacts for the church will be Elder Maer Merola and Elder Terry Miller. I have already been set up as a point of contact. Let me know if you need to pass on any messages.
I did get a reply from Kansas City Pride Alliance. I have copied both Lee and Alex since we were all corresponding. I think we need to pursue the opportunity. So far, they have just confirmed that they have received our email and that they’re planning an in-person event. I have replied back last week asking for more information, but I have yet to hear back from them. I’m willing to be the point person on this.

Not a lot to report. Dates given to Gem came back with incorrect dates in the paperwork. Working on getting that finalized. One other document needs to go in for MAC funding, working on today. Taking down season 18 membership page for flipcause and redirecting to Season 19 page. Will go live July 1.

Alex is working with Kelly to judge interest in the Royals Pride game June 18th. Need at least 20 people for group tickets. Alex/Kelly will be sending out a survey, please respond if interested.

Goals for Pride Month:
Create letter membership can send to employers to solicit matching donations (does this exist?)
Secure date/location for Bad Drag and tease it. Also get flipcause set up for ticketing/info. Get people to sign up for more info/if interested.
Create Flipcause site for donations that anyone can share to raise awareness/solicit donations all month

Spoke to all of the folks interested in the D&D game. They are still on board, knowing that it will likely be up to 4-6 sessions.
Rochester Membership spotlight interviews went well. Thank you to the folks that showed up! I have emailed those who have not yet done their interview yet.
Are folks that fill out the contact form to inquire about joining on our website supposed to be automatically added to our emailing list? I went in to correct a misspelled email address and the contact wasn’t even there. Checked for other recent folks that we’ve gotten and none of them were there either. I manually added them, but if this is supposed to be automated, we may want to fix that.
Regarding flair/lanyards to identify Band Ambassadors: Option 1 Option 2 Option 3
Addresses are not automatically added to our email list, they need to be manually imputed. Please give Alex your feedback on lanyard options (above) by July 31.
