General Donations
It takes a lot of money and hard work to keep a multi-faceted musical group like this going for over a decade. Fortunately, MAFB is blessed with a group of generous donors who believe in our mission and support it with cash and in-kind donations. Some of these donors are the Band’s own members and their families and friends. There are also donations generously made by our audience members, as well as businesses large and small. SONG SPONSORSHIP
One of our biggest expense each year is new music. We are proud not to be performing the same songs year after year. You can ease that expense by sponsoring a song to an upcoming concert. Donation results dedication line in the concert program.
INSTRUMENTS NEEDED
If you have an instrument that you have no need for, the band has many people who may be in need of an instrument. Many large instruments are too costly for an individual instrumentalist to own. All instruments are welcome.

Required Minimum Distribution
Are you 70 1/2 years old, or older, and do you need to take a required minimum distribution (RMD) from your traditional IRA? You can avoid paying taxes on this money by donating some or all of it directly to a charity, like your favorite 501c3 qualified Mid America Freedom Band!
