I’m working on scheduling posts for Bari Sax and Raffle through the end of the year. joy.hope@freedomband.com if I can get you the images, will you handle instagram?
Scarves will arrive next week (hopefully before rehearsal). I’m working on getting them inventoried into Square and will have payment links ready for member/non-member pricing.
Do we have people available to run the merch table for the concert?

Press releases have been created and sent out. There were about 15 emails that have bounced back from our email list, working on clearing out the dead ends. There will be a compiled list available so that we’ve got them backed up on gmail. Take a screenshot if you come across any of our press releases live.

Looking forward to the concert. We should be all set. Need to put the call out for front of house volunteers. Zoo performance date has been set for Sunday, April 21 from 12-3 ian.bradt@freedomband.com we’ll need a truck for this.. AIDS Walk is the following Saturday in the morning. Hallmark is on board to collaborate with us for Holiday 2024, WOOHOO! We received a Community Enrichment Grant from KC Pioneers. The grant was written to support the purchase of the bari sax. They haven’t told us the amount yet but I know it won’t be the full amount. We have to attend an event on Dec 20 at 8 pm at Missie B’s where they’ll present us with a check. I’ll be there if anyone else would like to join me - would love 3 to 4 others. NTDF coming soon. We have May 1 and 2, 2025 reserved at the Folly.

Contract signed with the Lyric. We’re on schedule to load out at 4pm on Thursday from the church. There will be decorations and items that we’ll have to keep an eye on as we move equipment. We should have a back up plan for the truck on Saturday which is coming out of Olathe. We’ll also need a plan for FOH, training can be provided for flipcause, just need to know who it will be. Next year we could try scheduling a truck for the whole week and then canceling whatever dates we don’t need within the window of not being charged.

Old Business
Annual report: Alex, Christian, and J.J. started the annual report this weekend with the state of MO. We are making Ian the primary point of contact at this point as we are in the middle of a leadership change.
Annual Meeting: When? January 25th will be the date for the annual meeting! Chili cook-off!
New Business
Some music that’s been pulled for next year might need a renewal on rental agreements. These will require new deposits.
