Assistant Artistic Director, Jessie

Finalizing our booking of B&B Live for the evening Tuesday, March 29th. Yay! If we like this venue (and depending on if we can get into the Blue Room…) I’d like to also book our June concert for Tuesday, June 28th. 

Spirit of Hope reached out asking if Mighty Mo would be interested in partnering again on their bingo night. They will send more info once plans move forward, but that would possibly be happening early spring. 

If you’re free this Thursday at 5pm, I would love some support/help with the MVPX Speaker Series Q&A!

Committee Reports 

Fundraising, Rameka

Nothing to report.  Hoping for a fall live event. Rameka will start a committee in the near future for Bad Drag.

Marketing, Grace

Grace and Rameka are happy to entertain member inquiries about volunteering for fundraising and/or marketing committees.  Do we want to consider a marketing member to be the FaceBook arm to take the burden off of Lee?  Christian would like to explore getting more members to attend board meetings.

Elections, Alex

Elections on Thursday.  We have a slate vote, so it is just 1 question.  Christian will send Alex information for our Survey Monkey ballot that will go out to membership.
